 对于大多数同学来说,考研准备的开始阶段,确实是会有些艰难的,之后会好些。据说三个星期连续做一件事可以养成一个习惯,然而人杰者如你,内心愈狂乱,愈有自制,或许七天就够了。或者最重要的,是心底的那一点不甘,和对自己的信心。那么,在考研备考中遇到的小情绪,我们该如何让理性、自信成为主导呢?博仁教育的老师为大家总结应对招数。
  一、也许你正“孤独着”

  这几乎是每个考研人心底的呐喊,选择了考研就相当于选择了孤独。考研的复习过程的确非常枯燥,如果不能很好地调整好心态应对,那么无疑会给自己知道更大的问题,那就是心理压力。孤独所带来的一系列心理问题和压力如果不能及时得到排遣,那势必会为以后的复习造成影响,大家一定要及时应对。

  这时的你,要学会坚定信念:人在世上跌爬滚打,攀爬张望,追名逐利,生离死别,哪样是我们真正想要的? 其实我们这一辈子就是在折腾,等咱们折腾够了,就等着慢慢老去,灰飞烟灭。在我们还没弄明白什么是我们真正想折腾的东西的时候,只要我们干的事情是有意义的,我们就要好好走下去,考研就是这样一个有意义的道路,也许几年以后你发现你适合做老师,或者去创业再或者去出国,不管你发现你适合做什么,你最终的发现必定是——考研——我并没有走错。所以不管出现什么困难,它是多么复杂多么不可承受多么枯燥乏味,我们首先知道我们的道路是正确的,接下来请微笑,泰然处之,游刃有余其实也是一种心理状态。

  二、也许你的“惰性”犯了

  懒惰是每个人的天性,只是有些人可以克制,而有些人却任由其发展,造成无节制的拖延。任何事情都无法做好。早上起不来?不想出被窝?不想做习题?不用怀疑,这是"懒虫"上身了!这些"懒虫"粘在你的身上,就会让你也变得懒惰,所以大家一定要打起精神,消灭这些"懒虫",这样才能让你变回那个勤奋刻苦的自己。很大一部分考生在复习过程存在拖沓的习惯,无法按时完成自己制定的计划,也无法履行既定的作息时间,这种懒散的坏习惯在很大程度上影响着大家的复习进度。

  这时的你,要打起十二分精神来解决这个问题。首先,"懒虫"喜欢在很晚的时候活动,所以如果大家早睡的话,就可以让"懒虫"找不到你!其次,"懒虫"最怕早上的空气,所以大家在早晨要多定几个闹钟,务必强迫自己早起,这样"懒虫"会不见了。其实,不论如何,考研复习还是要讲求耐力和意志力,只要大家有合理科学的计划,并严格按照计划复习,那么"懒虫"自然对你敬而远之。

  三、也许你的“焦虑”正在与日俱增

  时间仿佛一下子被抽走了,复习和谐的步调一下子被打乱了节奏,很多学生都倍感不适应,纷纷身患“焦虑症”,带着焦虑的情绪投入的紧张的备考阶段,效果可想而知。面对被偷走的半月时光,除了焦虑还剩下些什么呢?

  这时的你,要调节心理情绪,静下心来踏踏实实的完成好后面阶段的复习任务。考生应根据时间的变化,调整复习步调。考生的焦虑大多集中在怕复习不完,担心有些知识没时间记住,越是担心时间少背过的知识越容易遗忘,等等心理压力。所以,为了避免这种焦虑,考生可以合理调整复习进度,制定清晰地复习目标,每天完成复习任务,这样一天天积累,可以有效提高复习的效率,提升成就意识,这样就不会再惴惴不安。

  四、也许你的“自我满足”正在膨胀

  考研遇到的第一个障碍,往往不是实体性的困难,也不是学习环境等外部原因的刁难,而是来源于大家内心的"自大兽",这只小兽往往藏在你的内心,并默默汲取你的心性,让你变得盲目而无法理性看待问题。考生在复习过程中的确会碰到这样的问题,不少一部分同学认为自己在复习考研,那就比别的同学要强,做出一个题目就觉得自己了不起

  这时的你,要清晰的认识到这种心态真的要不得。大家不要把自己摆在一个多么了不起的位置,一定要放平心态,考研只是一部分同学对未来的探索和选择,并不是所有大学生都必须走考研这条道路,所以参与考研复习的同学也不必把自己放得太高,大家不要再盲目自大,一定要在复习初期就学会谦卑,这样才能摆正自己的心态,在后期的复习中也不会出现过分急躁的情况。

  我们如果不选择考研,我们可以去旅游、可以去逛街、可以去打球、可以去.。.然而,我们选择了考研,追求的是自己内心更深处的满足和平静!所以,只有坚持、只有理智去寻找力量源泉,去寻找生命赋予我们的无穷力量。在将来的某天你会感叹:青春,至少我奋斗过!
