Position: Internal Controller

Property: Full Time

Responsibilities:

1.
Carry out regular checking including all systems, procedures, and financial reports at all levels.

执行检查任务，任务涉及公司所有的系统、流程、财务报告。

2.
Control company’s reform, policies, procedures, and financial reports.

负责控制公司改革、政策，流程和财务报告。

3.
Complete internal control reports

   完成内部控制报告。

4.
Communicate to the management group about the finds from daily work on time; identify risk areas, follow up different company’s action plans.

   及时向管理层沟通内部控制的检查结果，评估风险点，并及时跟踪各项改进计划的执行。

5.
Update and review company’s relevant procedures and checking points.

   负责更新公司相关控制流程和控制要点。

Location:
Willing to be allocated all over China.

Reporting Line: National Internal Control Manager

报告对象：中国区内控经理

Candidate Profile:

1.
Accounting, Finance, Audit background preferred

财务/会计/审计背景优先

2.
Familiar with retailing industry and relevant management system

熟悉零售行业和相关的管理系统

3.
Good reporting writing and presentation skills

较强的报告撰写和演示能力

4.
Fluent English on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading

流利的英语听说读写能力

5.
Able to work under pressure, and willing to learn.

能够在压力下工作，愿意主动学习。

6.
Be self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills

能自我激励，很好的沟通能力，

7.
Willing to travel often

能经常出差
