美好的一天从清晨开始
当清晨的第一缕阳光透过窗户
温和的洒在房间的某个角落

你从床上懒散的坐起来
然后由精神牵引着飘忽的躯壳来到洗漱台
不停的用冷水拍打着发烫的脸颊
看着镜子里的自己，
微笑着对他说：“新的一天到来了，加油吧。”

生命对于每个人只有一次,所以生命很重要
可是又有多少人会想到过快乐对于一个人有多么的重要吗

如果每天早上醒来
我们是怀着感恩的心情来迎接新的一天的到来
让这种心境带给我们在这一天里的第一份快乐
让你以快乐的心情来面对一天的生活
这难道不好吗
