雨夜窗烛

现年28岁的 Amos Lee，音乐之路起始於1995年，当时正就读於南卡罗来纳大学〈University of South Carolina〉英文系。Lee在学校里遇到了许多志趣相投的朋友，开始弹吉他、唱歌并写歌。毕业後回到老家费城，在一间小学里教�，但對追求音樂的渴望始終在午夜梦回时交缠……最後Lee选择放弃稳定的教书工作，全心追求理想。然而路途是艰困的，为了温饱，Lee曾在餐厅端盘子，在酒吧调酒；当然，持续不停的写歌。
　　慢慢的，Amos Lee 开始举办一些地方性的表演，也逐渐累积了一些知名度，自己掏腰包录制的EP也获得了好评与不错的销售量。「费城询问者报」《Philadelphia Inquirer》曾形容 Lee 是「话题最多的明日之星」。後来，Lee 有幸担任如 Bob Dylan、B.B. King 等巨星演唱会的开场，并在西元2004年受邀担任小天后Norah Jones欧洲巡回的暖场乐手。这些经验让Lee见识到了真正的大场面，面对数万乐迷而能处变不惊传送自己对音乐的热情，媒体对这位初生之犊也不吝给予最正面的肯定。同时优异的表现也让Lee获得了成为Norah Jones师弟，在主鞔髲S发行个人首张专辑的机会。於是我们有了这张CD。
