不是并列关系，
看句子The lost car was found abandoned in the woods off the highway.=The lost car which was abandoned was found  in the woods off the highway.
was found是谓语，abandoned 可以看作是一个省略的定语从句~这样理解更容易~

我想问listen与hear都是听的意思，但是具体怎么用？

listen 是“听”的动作。
我们常说Listen to the teacher.但不用hear
hear是“听”的结果,是“听到”的意思，比如：When I heard the song ,I quickly fell in love with it.
hear 的常用词组hear of是“收到某人的来信”之意
