　　立秋后，天气渐凉。养生专家提醒说，天气变凉时要防止风寒之邪侵犯面部，出现面部神经炎，即面瘫病症。

　　养生专家介绍说，面瘫由脉络空虚、风寒之邪乘虚侵袭面部阳明、少阳经脉，以致经气阻滞，经筋失养，筋肌迟缓不收而发病。睡眠时全身的肌肉和毛孔疏松、开放，如果把空调的温度开得很低，或者直接对着风扇、空调猛吹，体表微循环受到寒冷刺激，局部营养神经的血管就会发生痉挛，导致神经组织缺血、水肿、受压迫而招致面瘫。

　　秋风是“邪风”“贼风”，如果过度吹风，常常会导致面部神经麻痹，严重时嘴歪眼斜。养生专家表示，面瘫的临床表现为，闭不上眼睛，脸部一侧松弛，嘴歪，流口水，流眼泪，眉毛抬不起来，耳后疼痛等。面瘫病症发生于任何年龄，其中以中青年居多，男性略多于女性。然而，面瘫不会对患者的生命和日常生活造成严重威胁，一旦治疗效果不佳，就会因表情功能的丧失而容貌受损。因此，对于面瘫的治疗预防不容忽视。面瘫要早发现、早治疗，中医针灸对面瘫治疗效果较好。

　　为防止面瘫，养生专家建议，一是要注意保暖，出门尽量戴口罩；二是开车或坐车时，最好不要摇下车窗；三是在疲劳之时或洗浴后，不能再受风；四是尽量不要开窗睡觉；五是适当锻炼，多食蔬菜水果。
