Through analysis of the pollutants in the water environment， including inorganic nitrogen， active phosphate， dissolved oxygen， lead， zinc， copper， COD， fecal coliform， oil， organic carbon indicators， and marine life in Phytoplankton and zooplankton， with the waters in water temperature， salinity， dissolved oxygen， PH value and in accordance with national environmental standards and evaluation methods， the Zhoushan fishing waters marine environment as the water quality analysis and evaluation， and summed up the historical data， Its water quality trends do the analysis shows that the ecological environment in Zhoushan sea area than the adjacent waters to the other with better， but still faces a grim situation. Zhoushan fishing waters to protect the future trend of development should work with local real Zhoushan fishing waters to strengthen protection and management，organization and implementation of the Zhoushan City marine environment monitoring，investigation，surveillance and strengthen management of the marine environment protection，and control of pollution from land-based sources of pollution of the waters，In the protection on the basis of rational development and utilization of marine fisheries resources and promoting the sustainable development of marine
