Cold sweat 的意思是“冷汗”，试想我们在甚么情况下会流下冷汗来呢？
就是在你感到非常紧张或惊慌时，便会感到全身发热，身体冒汗，故此俗语有云：紧张得冷汗也冒出来了，英语中“in a cold sweat”就是这个意思。
