注：考研长难句翻译一般拆成４节，有时也有２节的．

下面是我的解题过程：Social science is that branch of intellectual enquiry｜ which seeks to study humans and their endeavors ｜in the same reasoned,orderly,systematic,and dispassioned manner｜ that natural scientists use for the study of natural phenomena.
首先划分，我们可以看到整个句子中依次有 that which and in and that ＾＾这么几个有可能的划分点：
第一个，that在句子中是作代词的，并不是引导词，因此我们不划分．
第二个which显然引导一个定语从句，可以划分．
第三个and连接的their endeavors 其和一个单词毫无区别，因此我们不划分．
第四个in介词显然也划分．in后面的显然符合７，所以我们不与理睬．
第五个and同第三个．
第六个that显然引导从句，因此我们在次划分．
好了，现在整个句子划分为四节，我们所要的理想划分，下面是组合，第一个分句Social science is that branch of intellectual enquiry 我们可以很快的翻译出来，因为是非常简单的句子，社会科学是科学研究的一个分支．这里的问题是 intellectual enquiry 这两个单词我们有可能没记过，碰到这种问题，我们采取词义选择，分析上下文，根据汉语习惯来翻译出来，我们最起码可以可以翻到：社会科学是＾＾＾的一个分支，那么我们可以想，在汉语中，社会科学 自然科学显然都是科学 然后再想下 就是科学研究 然后这个句子就出来了．余下几个我就不重复了．
整个句子的意思是：社会科学是科学研究的一个分支，它试图以一种自然科学家研究自然科学那样同样理性的，有序的，系统的和冷静的方式来研究人类及其行为．

划分上次我已经说过了,很显然的是分成四节(见句子),这句重点是分词短语作定语(句子中绿色),显然是arising from修饰problems ,于是这句我们按照规则提到中心词(problems)前翻译为:大量人口流动造成的种种问题.
