糖尿病（DM）已成为当今严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一,作为慢性终生性疾病，它需要长期的坚持治疗,只有良好控制DM才可以减少和延缓并发症的发生、发展，而健康教育作为一种辅助治疗方法，是通过护理人员有计划、有目的的教育过程，使患者能够做到对病情的自我监控，提高自我保健意识，掌握自我保健技能，提高生活质量。本文通过介绍糖尿病健康教育模式的定义、具体的形式及其内容，总结了许多护理人员对DM患者进行心理护理、用药及运动指导、以及饮食指导和并发症的自我防护等的经验与知识,使临床上能较有效的对DM患者进行健康教育，以提高病人的生活质量。所以，有效的健康教育模式、教育的方式及内容都相当重要，因为它不但可以提高患者本身的生活质量，让DM患者在最大范围内享有健康，并可大大减少国家卫生部门的医疗费用支出，使患者和国家双方受益。因此，我们应该努力寻找最佳教育模式帮助DM患者有效掌握各方面知识，让他们达到带病健康。

Diabetes (DM) has become a serious threat to the human health diseases one as a lifelong chronic disease that requires long-term adherence to treatment, only good control technique can reduce complications and delay the occurrence, development, and health education as a complementary treatment by nursing staff in a planned and purposeful education process, patients can do to make their self-control, self-improving health awareness, self-care skills to improve the quality of life. The introduction of diabetes through health education model definitions, concrete form and substance, summed up many of the nursing staff DM patients psychological care, medication and exercise guidance, and guidance and complications catering self-defense experience and knowledge to clinical can be more effective in DM patients for health education, to improve patient quality of life. Therefore, effective health education models, methods and content of education is very important, because it will not only improve the quality of life of patients themselves, let DM patients in the context of the largest health, and may significantly reduce medical costs national health sector expenditure to benefit both patients and the state. Therefore, we should strive to find the best education model to help patients have a better grasp of the technique of knowledge to enable them to check health.
