腌制鸡翅根，给宝宝做不能用料酒什么的了，用生姜吧，去腥味~

开始煲汤，宝宝用不了多少鸡汤，所以我只用了四个鸡翅根，没做大人份的；

煲好的汤呈半透明的乳白色，带黄油，用滤网滤去杂质；

分装进冰格，放入冰箱冷冻；

冻好后的鸡汤摸上去有点似蜡质，是黄油的缘故，不想给孩子加油质的妈妈现在是去掉油质的好机会；

鸡汤小鱼舰队！冻好后放入冷冻袋继续冷冻保存，需要的时候可以给宝宝直接拿出来煮面、煮粥；

煮过的鸡翅根虽然已经没有了味道，但是不要浪费，剔除骨头（这就是为什么买鸡翅根，因为好剔骨，我是不是很睿智，哈哈哈），去掉软骨；留下大部分白肉；

白肉放进料理机打成泥；

干锅烧热，放肉泥，翻炒，炒掉所有水分；
