准备其它配菜，生菜洗好后擦干水分。

米饭，可以加点芝麻油拌匀，不粘手，用保鲜膜拿起米饭，捏出来大白的头、身体、胳膊和腿。

多放点油，放切块的豆腐煎。

煎到豆腐金黄色，倒出多余的油，留一点点就好。

放入生姜片和干辣椒碎，加入可乐，放少许生抽，小火煮。

到可乐快收尽，撒盐少许，放入洋葱碎、青椒碎和大蒜碎。

翻炒片刻，即可。

用海苔剪出来大白的眼睛，放上去，轻轻按一下。小心移动到深点的盘子里，大白底下放一片生菜叶子。

大白的一边小心地放上可乐豆腐。

放上半个煮熟的鸡蛋，焯熟的西兰花、胡萝卜花朵，切开的小番茄。我还用火腿肠卷了2朵小花，切了点藕片做成爱心放在豆腐上，漂亮吧？哈哈

小窍门：
米饭太粘可以加少许芝麻油，用保鲜膜或干净的塑料袋捏出来大白的样子。 配菜可以随喜搭配。
