6将番茄酱,白糖,味精,少许盐,水,调成混和汁,另外一个碗做一点水淀粉。锅中留少许油,姜末蒜泥改小火,倒入番茄酱混和汁翻炒,适时倒入水淀粉勾芡,将炸好的肉倒入挂汁,洒上葱花
