教你做韩式辣炒年糕!!!(图文版)
辣炒年糕在韓國是個很普遍的小吃,走在街上隨處可看到男男女女、<BR>老老少少們 排排站的,在小販前吃著紅通通的炒年糕。<BR>小販賣的辣炒年糕用料很簡單只有年糕和甜不辣,<BR>我自己都會再加些洋蔥和白菜,<BR>這樣的辣炒年糕吃起來營養更均衡唷<IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://bbs.ccqtv.com/discuz/images/smilies/smile.gif" border=0><BR>材料:<BR>年糕 甜不辣(如果沒有也無妨) 洋蔥 紅蘿蔔<BR>白菜 蔥 韓式辣椒醬<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_a.jpg" border=0><BR>甜不辣、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、白菜切絲,蔥切寸段<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_b.jpg" border=0><BR>一般吵年糕不用油炒是用水煮而成的<BR>我把他改成先用少許油把洋蔥、紅蘿蔔爆香<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_c.jpg" border=0><BR>洋蔥、紅蘿蔔稍微爆香一下就好(別炒到熟唷)接著倒入適量的水<BR>我的水量是一杯(年糕的量是一人份約20小條)<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_d.jpg" border=0><BR>再把甜不辣、白菜一起放進鍋中<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_e.jpg" border=0><BR>煮至水滾加上適量的韓式辣椒醬,我的韓式辣椒醬是帶甜味的<BR>所以不需再加糖,如果用的是原味的韓式辣椒醬就要加糖唷<IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://bbs.ccqtv.com/discuz/images/smilies/smile.gif" border=0><BR>因為辣炒年糕吃起來要甜甜辣辣的才好吃<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_f.jpg" border=0><BR>繼續煮到滾<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_g.jpg" border=0><BR>接著放入年糕<BR>一直煮到湯汁收乾濃稠為止<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_h.jpg" border=0><BR>後加上蔥段翻炒均勻起鍋<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_i.jpg" border=0><BR>韓式辣炒年糕炒好囉^^y....<BR><IMG alt="user posted image" src="http://www.eatworld.org/diy/photo/1118076305_j.jpg" border=0><BR> 感觉辣辣的...........应该再加点装饰的东西....
