That's what police are saying about the case of this human fingertip a Las Vegas woman said she found in a bowl of chili at a California Wendy's in March. The digit was real, but police think the story was false. And now investigators have traced the finger to an industrial accident involving one of her husband's associates.<BR><BR>The jig is up, the puzzle pieces are beginning to fall into the place, and the truth is beginning to be exposed. <BR><BR>Detectives are unsure if the man who lost his fingertip was part of the alleged scam, so he is still being interviewed. Anna Ayala is already in jail, charged with larceny, her husband has been locked up too, on other charges.<BR><BR>They chose the wrong city to come to, to try and victimize others and to perpetrate this hoax. We are not going to allow it to happen in the city of San Jose.<BR><BR>New charges are up to the district attorney. The lead cops needed apparently came from the very man who lost his finger when he called the Wendy's tip line.<BR><BR>We don't believe we've done anything wrong.
